Quantum of solace

In the noise of silence, lies my soul

Trapped smeared and cold 

The sand of deeds is slithering through 

Churning and burning into gold 

Soft are the touches of wind of seduction 

Hushing whispering  stories so bold 

Shades of skies in flickering lights 

Chasing Grasping the sight, behold

Pious are the waters of distant moons 

Quenching comforting inner holes

Sinister Paths of the clouds run amuck 

Trying and testing sun's resolve 

Cries of the mountain in taller space 

Reaction reflection of my own call 

In the bright of darkness lies my soul 

Latent Dormant power untold

Mehboob ne pooch k humse pyar ka matlab
Is deewane ko shayar bana dia.
Darte na the hum jaan dene se kabhi
Usne pyar kar k hume kayar bana dia

Hoga jarror saath Tera pichle janam mai kahin
Yun hume Teri baaton  ka kayal bana dia
Likhte the hum jhakhm bharne k liye
Tere deedar ne aaj fir ghayal bana dia

Tu hi ho dil mai bas aur na koi
Is arzoo ne zakir bana dia
Khuda ne maan k khwahish ye meri
Apne hi bande ko kafir bana dia
